**Job Responsibilities
- Review, enhance, and implement Annual Course Monitoring, Course Evaluation, Evaluation of Teaching Effectiveness, and other prevailing quality standards that may be applicable.
- Serve as an Internal Quality Database Administrator to maintain and update SAS student database, provide data analysis in the form of visualization to monitor and track academic quality indicators.
- Serve as the Document Controller for all SAS and Academic Quality related SOPs to ensure proper version control, currency and accuracy.
- Identify and implement automation in data extraction processes and communication workflows with internal stakeholders

**Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least three years of relevant work experience in academic/curriculum quality management, in particular managing data collection, extraction, analysis and visualization.
- Independent, self-driven and results-oriented individual with strong passion for quality work
- Good team player with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multi projects and priorities within tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work well with stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- IT savvy and proficient in Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables and Power BI.
- Able to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data and provide analysis in the form of data visualization to facilitate tracking and monitoring of the academic quality of NIEC's programmes.
