**Main Functions**

Manage and execute the replenishment plan of raw materials accordingly with the company’s policy for stock management to meet both our internal and external customer requirements and to achieve optimum performance

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Analysis and study of historical data of raw materials consumption to establish best plan and avoid stock outs.
- Converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders
- Collaborate and negotiate with purchasing and planning departments on priorities and lead times for customers vs suppliers orders
- Responsible for overall master data maintenance in systems associated with supply planning such as lead time, transportation modes, sourcing information, safety stocks, etc.
- Work with HQ on standardization of planning processes
- Provide continual improvement of the supply planning and reporting processes by means of recording and maintaining principal KPI’s

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Educational Background**:Minimum Diploma preferably in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
- **Key Knowledge**: Microsoft (Excel, Power Point), SAP (PP and MM modules)
- **Experience required **:Minimum of 3 years’ experience as supply or production planner
- **Competencies**:Planning and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Results-oriented and good negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines. Good customer relations and is a team player
