This isn’t your regular retail gig. At Jaedals, our store is more than a place to shop — it’s a playground for content, connection, and customer love. We're a cutting-edge retail-meets-creative space, and we need someone who can juggle sandals, smiles, and stories (for Instagram, of course). - What You’ll Do: - Be the face of Jaedals Welcome, assist, and style customers with warmth, charm, and lots of heart - Learn the ropes of retail operations: POS, inventory, store displays & daily store upkeep - During quiet hours? Time to shine on social — create fun IG Stories, help shoot TikToks, share what’s trending and why YOU love Jaedals - Be our ear on the ground — gather customer feedback and help us grow - Help brainstorm fun and creative content ideas in-store - You’re Perfect If You: - Love fashion, people, and creating good vibes - Have a background in retail (or the passion to learn fast) - Are confident, curious, and creative — especially on social media - Have a "sell air if I had to" kind of energy * - Schedule: - Evening weekday shifts: 5 PM - 9 PM (perfect for students or after-school hours) - Weekends: Saturdays 10:30 AM - 5 PM and Sundays 11 AM - 5 PM - Option to cover extra shifts during events, fairs, or holidays - Perks: - Staff discounts (obviously — your feet need to look fab) - Creative freedom in content creation - Real-life experience in retail, brand-building, and community marketing - Commission-driven.
