**About the Company**:

As we continue to expand our brand presence, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our online and offline marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing assets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, E-commerce and Visual Merchandising, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques and channels.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fashion retail industry trends and consumer behavior.
