Specialist, Operational Excellence

You will be an integral member in our world-class Operation team, which functions as a global control center, responsible for the smooth and secure delivery of our chairs to customers across 60 countries. In this role, you will be a driver for optimizing operational processes across all regions; advocating data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Our Operations team is essential for enhancing our customers’ experience and supporting key partnerships programs with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.**Responsibilities**
- Conduct audits on operational processes, interpreting operational data to identify areas of improvement/ inefficiencies
- Manage global projects and drive effective project implementation
- Collaborate across functions, communicate requirements/expectations and develop key processes to improve operational efficiency
- Plan, design, test and implement suitable solutions to improve operations across global operations
- Utilize various tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, GoogleSheets, Dashboards, SQL) for:

- Analyzing internal & external operational performance across each region using defined KPIs
- Identifying potential issues and develop preventive SOPs
- Conducting root cause analysis on areas with irregular performance
- Conducting audit to identify non-compliance in processes and potential data irregularities
- Deliver performance feedback to region teams, collaborating with them to troubleshoot key issues and develop effective solutions
- Identify best practices across regions, adapting and implementing them across the organization
- Design and maintain performance score metrics to ensure operational compliance
- Create and maintain documentation for all key processes and ensure compliance from the respective stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or the equivalent
- At least 3-4 years’ Operations/ OpEx related role in an ecommerce-centric organization
- Experience in managing a project from design to delivery with an aptitude to manage multiple key projects at the same time
- Proven problem-solver in a high-volume operations environment with regional/ global exposure - you should bring a portfolio of successful implementations
- Intermediate proficiency introducing and utilizing various business tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, GoogleSheets, Tableau, SQL)
- You should be a strong team player with excellent people and communication skills
- Critical thinker with a natural inclination toward all things data, and a mind for continuous improvement
- Adaptable and able to navigate through ambiguity and a dynamic environment
