Overview:
We seek an APJ Renewals Specialist to accelerate growth and set the renewals team for success. This Specialist will partner hand-in-hand with APJ Head of Renewals, to provide analysis to improve performance and ensure that the team’s operations is best-in-class.
Reporting to Global Director of Renewal Operations, the role will enable the organization to streamline reporting and execute key processes such as business reviews, forecasting, gap analysis. The role will be highly visible within the company, with regular leadership team exposure and collaboration.

What you'll do at UiPath:
- Own renewal and upsell analysis, reporting, sales process optimization
- Identify and present trends (positive and negative) and insights from business data sets that inform business decisions and strategy
- Identify opportunities to grow our renewal engine and improve operational efficiency for the renewals team in APJ
- Track and manage the day-to-day renewal functions to execution, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting, metric analysis, sales recognition, and additional workflows to ensure overall sales health
- Track and analyze key metrics and drive insight such as attrition trend analysis, win/loss analysis, markets for renewal growth opportunities
- Translate business data into digestible information and reports that continuously improves our results
- Proactively build frameworks for optimal rules of engagement between renewals and sales teams to drive on-time renewal and upsell within existing clients
- Communicate findings effectively, follow up on deliverables, and manage various stakeholders.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent specialized training/certification
- 2-4 years in Business Analyst or similar role within Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Project Management, and/or Strategy Consulting
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and yet ability to see “the big picture”.
- Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
- Strong technical and analytical skills:
- the ability to run complex reporting from existing databases (prior experience with Salesforce, Clari would be a plus)
- the ability to analyse complex data, identify trends and present key information to stakeholders
- Strong experience in BI (e.g. Tableau) and systems such as Sales (SFDC) and HRIS (e.g. Workday) amongst others
- Strong experience Excel and PowerPoint required
- Problem-solving approach and results oriented
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude who seeks out opportunities
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- As this role will support our larger APJ region including Japan, ability to read/write and communicate in Japanese would be highly advantageous.
