HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Manager, Operations and Controls**.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for assisting the VP, Operations and Control Support by providing administrative support to the SGH WPB IWH Management and Sales Team to facilitate the smooth running of IWH operations & ensuring adherence to internal standards & controls
- Responsible for delivering the operations service quality and effectiveness within the SGH WPB IWH
- Manages and ensures a good understanding of process and procedures and ensure that the operation services provided are in line with the Bank’s standards
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy. Maintain awareness of operational risk & minimize the likelihood of it occurring

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- With at least 2-3 years of retail banking experience, preferably with International exposure
- Customer focused with front line experience in-service and sales. Highly motivated and prepared to accept challenges
- Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
