**Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create dashboards, visual reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate insights to enhance productivity and support decision-making.

**Process Improvement and Project Support**
- Conduct process reviews, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Manage tasks within operational projects, track milestones, and maintain project documentation.

**Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand and enhance operational workflows.
- Share ideas and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Computing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience; internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools like SQL, Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau is added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Interest in process improvement frameworks.
