**The job in a nutshell:
The Content Coordinator is a youth trend, art trend, story-telling brand guru who loves capturing moments, writing copy and piecing together bite sized content to shape the brand experience of YM and its affiliates both online and in-studio. They are the influencer of both brands, equipped with the digital know-hows of navigating social media and its everchanging landscape.

Like influencers, the Content Coordinator is often seen with a camera in one hand and a phone in the other. They will build on strategic plans set by the Marketing Manager, and will have a hands-on role in curating content through casual and campaign photoshoots, as well as editorial and copywriting. This content spans across not just our social media platforms, but also the YM APP, Web and in-studio visuals.

The Content Coordinator is the voice of YM and its affiliates in both the realms of imagery and the written word. There will be a strong emphasis on the consistency of style, tone and vocabulary to permeate all writing in brand collaterals and communications; and quality in visuals with a keen understanding of photography. This consistency also requires close collaboration with the AV & Design to ensure a cohesive brand experience, start to finish.

**The skills you’ll need:
This job is for you if you have the following skill set;
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- An expert in photography, with a good grasp of light and angles
- Ability to shoot with a DSLR
- An expert in creating social media content
- An understanding of the key features in social media
- Excellent grammar and vocabulary, with a witty youthful tone of voice
- A passion for content — both visual imagery and the written word

**The experience you’ll need:
- Minimum 1 year of social media management experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional photography
- An interest or keen understanding of the local fitness scene

**YM Online + Social Networking
- Clear understanding of market trends in digital consumption
- Take ownership of a content driven, engaging client experience for clients online — including but not limited to social media channels and the YM APP and Web content
- Development of engaging content, ensuring a clear schedule of stories and features are laid out well in advance
- Ensure that the YM APP and online experience are well maintained across all touch points, ensuring correct schedules, profiles, copy, and general information are all up to date, and appropriately on brand
- conduct analytics reporting to extract key insights to develop customer insights and contribute to evolving digital strategies

**Photography
- A commitment to ‘world-class’ photography for in-house photography relating to campaigns, Socials, Profiles, Yoga Movement Academy, or even Specialty Classes.
- Capture the best shots for content and campaign

The Content Coordinator should be passionate about beautifying the brands’ online and offline appearance by being both a sharp shooter and a witty wordsmith all at once.

Visual and written output are crucial to this responsibility - and working closely with the Creative with the guidance of the Marketing Manager will be vital to the success of the Marketing team.

Ultimately, this role will be responsible for the overall delivery of the following:

- Photos, Reels and Stories on social media
- Social Media management
- YM Life articles
- Level Up and Pop Up class copies
- Ad hoc YM APP and Web copies
- Internal communications and presentations including monthly YM Times
- Hiring posts and ads on social media including LinkedIn and Instagram
