Base pay range $12,000.00/yr - $14,400.00/yr Our goal at Precondo is to educate potential investors and homeowners on the various pre‐construction condo, townhome, and freehold projects currently being developed in the GTA. We strive to provide unbiased and accurate information regarding all of the projects, as well as answer any questions you may have about the process of investing/buying a pre‐construction unit for yourself. The Role Location: Remote / Work from Home Company: Precondo Position Overview We are looking for an organized and detail‐oriented Content Coordinator to oversee and manage Precondo's content creation and publishing process. This role involves coordinating writers, editors, and designers to ensure timely delivery of high‐quality, SEO‐optimized content that aligns with our brand voice and goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage the content calendar. Coordinate with article writers and editors to assign topics and track deadlines. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and SEO optimization. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business objectives. Monitor performance of published content and suggest improvements. Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all platforms. Qualifications Proven experience as a content coordinator, content manager, or similar role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent editing and proofreading abilities. Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
