We are looking for a proactive and creative Content Creator & Media Assistant to support our marketing and creative supervisor in producing engaging photo and video content for social media and brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate has an eye for visual storytelling, enjoys hands-on shooting and editing, and is eager to assist in various creative, administrative, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Editing
  • Capture photo and video content for marketing campaigns, events, and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Edit photos and videos for digital publication using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or CapCut
  • Assist in shoot planning, lighting setup, and on-site coordination during production days
  • Maintain consistent brand style, visual quality, and storytelling across all platforms
    Help repurpose content for various social media formats (e.g. Reels, Stories, Shorts)
Support & Coordination
  • Assist the Creative / Marketing Supervisor in daily tasks including content scheduling, asset organization, and campaign preparation
  • Support in managing project timelines, logistics, and team communication for photo/video shoots
  • Help collect and organize feedback from internal teams to improve creative outputs
  • Assist in maintaining the digital asset library and file backup system
    Monitor content performance metrics and compile simple reports for supervisor review
Creative & Administrative Support
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new visual ideas and social campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and editing styles
  • Help the supervisor coordinate vendors, freelancers, or external partners when needed
  • Ensure smooth execution of marketing deliverables under guidance from the supervisor
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in photo/video creation, editing, or social media content production
  • Intermediate proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of camera handling, framing, and lighting
  • Organized and attentive to detail, with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for storytelling and content creation

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic design or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
  • Interest in photography/videography trends, branding, and online marketing
