**Role and Expectations**
You are required to work in partnership with the content team to conceptualize and craft content that drives engagement on social platforms. This involves creating, writing, designing and crafting relevant and original content in response to daily creative briefs derived from insights (triggers). You are also required to review your work with the Creative Director, and potentially present to clients as and when needed, ensuring quality output. You will be working with teams outside of the Content Team. This is to ensure the work meets the communication objectives and creative requirements set out in the client's brief to solve our clients' needs.
**Responsibilities**
- **A Creative Strategist Hat**
This hybrid role helps manoeuvre the different creative opportunities in community management and creative concepts for the client. It also requires a certain level of interaction and sharing of day-to-day duties with the Content Team. This may include, but not limited to replying to social posts and crafting copy for campaigns and business as usual (BAU) content.
- **Creator Hat**
The bread and butter of this role. The creation of content will require a thinker within the social space, who is up to date on the best practices and newest formats on social channels. This could be GIFs, boomerangs, JPEGs, time-lapse, stop-motion, Instagram Stories, Facebook Live, etc. The creator collaborates with the Social Media Manager for this but is responsible for both art direction and copy creation of all creatives.
- **Photographer/Videographer Hat**
As a photographer/videographer, you will craft storyboards and narratives that walk the client through your vision. Your role will include content producer, bringing content to life on social channels should be second nature to you. You should thrive at telling stories in short, bite-sized formats that are high performing.
**Job Specifications**
**1. Education / Professional**
- Diploma or Degree in Bachelor of Arts in related fields is an advantage, but a good, **strong portfolio **is a must.
**2 **. **Knowledge and Experiences Required**
- At least 1 year working in an agency environment with expertise in digital content execution and best practices.

**Skills Required**:
- Skilled creator who understands the motivations of online audiences on social platforms.
- Strong conceptual ability with the ability to write, design and art direct for social content.
- Adobe software - Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
**4. **Attributes**
- Heavily active on social media.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Works well under pressure and tight timelines.
- Resourceful problem solver.
- Meticulous eye for detail.
- Empathy is a bonus.
