SUMMARY OF ROLE

Maxeon is seeking a HR Operations Specialist to manage general HR Operations activities for the APAC region, which consists of Singapore, Australia, China and Japan.
The HR Operations Specialist reports to the APAC HR Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-Day
Support employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee enquiries, offboarding, etc
Act as the main liaison with insurance broker for benefits related work
Prepare monthly HR dashboards
Prepare data submission for compensation & benefits benchmarking surveys including furnishing information for manpower/HR related data collection requests by government agencies
Update employee handbook and related policy documents and templates on intranet
Coordinate ad hoc HR operational activities such as vendor registration and payment requests
Manage liaison with government agencies as required

Employee Engagement
Manage quarterly Singapore Employee All Hands
Participate in regular meetings with internal communications team
Manage employee engagement initiatives and activities

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience, in a HR Operations role in a fast-paced environment
Fresh graduates with proven capabilities and internship exposure will be considered
Familiar with functionality of Success Factors
Passion for excellence - attention to details
Agility to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace
Proven customer service, significant experience related to verbal communication skills, process improvement, problem solving, teamwork, and quality assurance.
Demonstrated partnering and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure
