**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Management (60% of role)**:

- **Inventory Management**: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate stock levels. Ensure all items are stored properly and tracked within inventory systems.
- **Stock Organization**: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency.
- **Receiving Deliveries**: Check incoming deliveries for accuracy, unpack, and store them appropriately.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Liaise with courier companies to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
- **Returns Management**: Process product returns and exchanges, updating inventory accordingly.

**Photoshop & E-Commerce Design (40% of role)**:

- **Banner Design**: Create high-quality, engaging banners for our website, social media platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- **Product Image Editing**: Edit and enhance product images for listings to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- **Marketing Materials**: Assist in designing promotional materials such as newsletters, flyers, and social media ads.
- **Website Graphics**: Collaborate with the team to design and update images and graphics for the company’s website and online store.
- **Campaign Support**: Work with the marketing team to develop visuals for promotions, sales, and special events.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse organization, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating banners, graphics, and editing product images.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently between warehouse and design responsibilities.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with the team, couriers, and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum secondary school education, though a diploma in design, logistics, or business-related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, order fulfillment, or inventory management.
- Prior Experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and banner creation for e-commerce.
