Admin & HR Assistant (6-months Contract)

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting daily administrative duties for the Admin/Human Resource department. This includes:

- Purchasing of equipment, stationaries, and accessories when needed
- Updating the Organization chart whenever necessary
- Supporting the recruitment process and onboarding process (e.g., coordinating and arranging of interviews, preparation of documents etc.)
- Assist in preparation and coordination of welfare activities
- Maintain and organize HR filing system (e.g., scanning, filing, uploading of documents etc.)
- Provide administrative and logístical support and any other work duties as assigned by reporting officer

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum NITEC certification
- Friendly and pleasant disposition
- Strong written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and a good team player
