**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the IT Sales teams
- Ensure efficient of operations
- Collate and prepare monthly billings
- Check and verify timesheets, claims and supporting documents
- Ensure timesheets, claims & supporting documents received on time
- Handle queries from stakeholders, customers and related parties
- Other employee relations related works as assigned

**Requirement**
- Diploma in any discipline with 2-5 years working knowledge in business administration
- Working experience in an Employment Agency as an admin support related to employment contract, timesheets and payroll matters will be an added advantage.
- Attention to details, strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, prefer to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and a team player
- Strong MS Office skills and IT savvy
- Good exposure to IT recruitment contracting will be a plus
