Singapore HOPE AMBULANCE SERVICE PTE. LTD. Full time

As an Ambulance Dispatch Operator, you hold an important role of being the first point of contact to our clients, while also having the responsibility of directing ambulance fleets and allocating cases to the teams. Along with the Ambulance Dispatch Supervisor, you will manage crew roster and equipment to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Call-taking and receiving enquiries, bookings and feedback via our hotline
- Scheduling and Roster planning to ensure efficient resource deployment according to project requirements
- Ensure operationality of crew and equipment
- Verify crew attendance, trips and ensure accuracy of case records
- Mentor new operations staff
- Perform ad hoc medic duty when required

Position Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, multilingual is an added advantage
- Minimum GCE N Level with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficient in IT skills, MS Word, MS Excel etc including Google Sheets/Docs
- Familiarity of GPS/Singapore roads
- Excellent Time and Resource Management to plan case trips and resources for maximum efficiency
- Meticulous, resourceful and with good organisation skills
- Quick in using WA and Phone calls for communications and dispatching of cases
- Able to commit weekends long work hours when needed, or work shift hours.
- Relevant experience in coordinating 25-30 vehicle fleets (in healthcare industry preferable)
- High level of professionalism, with the ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times
