**The Opportunity**

MMA Offshore has an opportunity for a Crew Coordinator / Support Officer to join our growing Vessel Operations division. Reporting to the Offshore Operations HR Manager, the role will provide admin support to the Crewing Officers for the sourcing and allocation of marine crew to vessels in accordance with company, industry and legislative requirements.

The Crew Coordinator / Support Officer will provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders while ensuring MMA’s obligations, policy and procedures are met. Your stakeholder management, critical thinking and integrity will enable you to partner with our business and engage with our employees and contractors to ensure that the right person is in the right position at the right time.

This is a permanent full-time position based in our Singapore Office.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Checking and verification of crew documents as per the company checklist prior mobilisation of crew to offshore
- Coordinate the flight and hotel bookings for the Marine crew with the travel agent
- Ad hoc admin tasks related to Marine crewing
- Compliance with all people, safety, technical and business systems
- Demonstrate behaviours that are consistent with our systems and processes

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or in managing admin tasks related to crew logistics for offshore vessels
- Diploma education in Maritime
- Knowledge of STCW / MLC regulations is desirable
- Familiarity with flag state regulations for Malaysia and Singapore flagged vessels is desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
