Job Requirements:
1. Understand and analyze customer needs, and provide professional solutions. When communicating with clients, introduce them to the regulations, requirements, conditions, and work passes for Singapore company registration.

2. Prepare quotations and invoices using existing software according to client requirements.

3. Handle the full range of company secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant laws. Such as:

- Incorporating new companies; Transferring corporate secretary appointments.
- Maintain company secretarial records for each entity, including statutory registers.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant legal requirements, prepare director/shareholder meeting records and resolutions, and ensure documents are correctly signed, submitted, and filed.
- Prepare annual returns and other statutory documents, prepare and submit routine/ad hoc statutory documents, and ensure submission is completed before the specified deadline.
- Manage Corppass authorization.

4. Conduct background checks before accepting clients, and continue to monitor during engagement.

5. Collaborate with external partners such as banks, lawyers, etc.

6. Summarize routine work cases as marketing materials.

8. Properly maintain all client files.

9. Have the ability to learn and continuously improve sales and service levels.

10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

11. Experience in customer service, consulting, or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore company registration and regulations, with experience in company secretarial matters preferred.
- Possess a positive customer service attitude and strong teamwork spirit.

4. 在承接客户之前做背调,承接期间也会持续监督。

5. 与外部合作伙伴合作,如银行、律师等。

6. 总结平时的工作案例,作为营销素材。

7. 处理跟准证申请事宜,包括递交和申诉。

8. 妥善维护所有客户文件。

9. 具备学习能力,不断提升自己的销售和服务水平。

10. 能够在快节奏的环境中有效工作,同时处理多项任务。

11. 具有客户服务、咨询或相关领域的经验者优先考虑。
