Job Summary & Responsibilities

1. Primary role: Logistics support, parts receiving, sending physically and in Onto Innovation oracle system. Inventory room management, parts stock take. This role will involve handling of items which may be bulky and require use of pallet jack. Role encompassed supporting regions in SEA in logistics matters

2. Secondary role: Support quotation generations, PO invoicing, service team administrative matters

3. Tertiary role: Support SEA office in areas that is outside logistics scope such as fire safety etc

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of diploma from recognized institution
