Our UI/UX designers are the champions of the end-user, crafting and guiding the user experience for each of our games and products. You’ll work closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and iterate in support of all gameplay features and systems, with the ultimate objective being to deliver the world’s most delightful arcade experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with game designers to translate game system requirements into amazing user experiences
- Craft a delightful and consistent user flow for each product’s target platforms (VR, arcade cabinet, desktop, tablet, phone, etc )
- Create wireframes, concept sketches to support purposed UI interaction models
- Leverage a deep understanding of the product vision to create remarkable visual identities and design languages that support the user experience
- Work collaboratively with project teams, and iterate using feedback and user testing to drive and polish features to a high-quality state
- Collaborate with a team of artists and engineers to carry design from concept into final implementation
- Craft UX artifacts to communicate solutions (flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.)
- Design and visualize user interface screens, transitions, animations, and VFX.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as a UI/UX designer in gaming, or related digital interaction design field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of usability design principals
- Deep understanding of information hierarchy, layout design, UX process, and usability design principles
- Awareness of current trends in user interface design
- Ability to make independent creative decisions, get stakeholder buy-in, and work with a team to execute
- Able to work well with a team in a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative setting
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- A passion for video games, and user interface design
- Proficient in relevant design tools

**Nice to have**:

- Strong knowledge of mobile device and OS-specific design patterns (iOS/Android)
- Experience working in 3D
