1. Role Description:
This position directs the operations of a restaurant to provide food and beverages to customers. He/she performs restaurant support functions such as customer service scheduling handling day-to-day operations cashiering closing of the till ordering inventory and back office support. He/she oversees the recruitment training and motivation of staff and maintains quality control hygiene and health and safety standards in the dining area. He/she manages inventories and interacts with customers wait staff and supports employees to ensure efficient operation.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
Possess a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes. Ensure smooth and efficient operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee inventory control systems, including tracking stock levels, optimizing order quantities, and minimizing waste. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Implement quality control measures to maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and taste. Monitor customer feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues.
Possess strong financial acumen to manage budgeting, cost control, and profitability. Analyze financial data, such as sales reports and expense statements, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Prioritize excellent customer service and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively. Foster a customer-centric culture among the restaurant staff.
Effectively recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff. Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent service standards and operational procedures. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
