[What the role is]

As a member of the Continuing Education and Training (CET) support team, your main duty is to manage Pre and Post training administration. You will ensure that training details are promptly and accurately updated in both the IHLs training management system (STEP) and the Training Partners Gateway (TPG).

**[What you will be working on]**
- Collaborate with programme and sales teams on CET course administration, including but not limited to TPG course setup, enrollment, manual attendance requests, and processing assessment results.
- Review and implement improvements to course admin processes and systems to improve efficiency.
- Collate reports for internal and external agencies.
- Plan and coordinate training and billing for major accounts and industry projects.
- Provide a variety of administrative and management support such as grant management and fee collection matters.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support or related roles. Familiarity with TPG is a plus.
- Relevant qualification in the area of business management/administration/finance
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in utilising the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in response to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Able to work on staggered hours basis to support early morning office commencement, or evening classes and roadshows/events
