Summary

Level at which a manager manages one or more generally homogeneous teams and adapts department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and/or operational objectives

Job Responsibilities- Overall fulfilment of services in APAC including the delivery of spares and field services.- Services revenue and margin KPIs.- Enhancing the proficiency of the field service team across the HMH product line.- Improving our field service capabilities to offer broader support on the rig.- Creating commercially innovative solutions and new income sources in white spaces.- Maintaining high field service utilization.- Timely and accurate submission of inspection reports and invoices.- Readiness and availability of field service engineers in the region.- Safe and efficient warehouse operations, maintaining HMH 48hour delivery commitment for sweet parts.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of relevant experience)

Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional level experience. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Knowledge of drilling equipment function, design, dis-assembly, inspection, assembly & testing.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to guide and influence others either internally or externally to adopt a different point of view. Clear thinker with ability to develop, communcate and deliver clear strategy and action plans. Proven troubleshooting and communication experience in a fast-paced environment.
