Buying Manager
- Develop and oversee procurement implementation plans to ensure alignment with overall procurement strategies and operational activities
- Facilitate engagement sessions with internal teams and external vendors to optimise procurement transactions
- Prepare Annual Budget for the team to forecast future results and evaluate actual performance.
- Lead the buying of materials and brand equipment from both internationally and locally for all the brands. Preferably from F&B brands or FMCG
- Evaluate suppliers’ performance based on quality of products received
- Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Oversee and manage the company’s overall purchases and inventory

**Requirement**:

- Minimum education qualification: Diploma in Business with 5 - 8 years of experience
- Must possess strong vendor networks
- Have experience in managing logistics for the buy
- Solid inventory management experience and good analytical and forecasting skills
- Sound knowledge in developing inventory and buy reports for management reviews
- Must have experience in negotiating
- Have experience in cost of goods sold management and can have creative ways to manage product costs
- Strong communication skills and can work collaboratively with other teams.
