You will join to help build develop our range, profitability and relationships with our farmers, fishermen and producers through intelligent planning, strong commercial execution, and personable relationship management. **Responsibilities** - Planning & Buying _ - Use sales data & other key supply chain metrics to facilitate forecasting of our range of SKUs from local and international suppliers - Ensure all international shipment requirements, such as cost-effective consolidation, shipping documents, and SFA inspections are executed in a timely and cost-effective way - Ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders, ensuring they are meeting quality requirements - Merchandising/Marketing _ - Maintain website and social media with product information and images - Update new SKUs - Organise listing of SKUs into appropriate product groups - Maintain, and update, ERP system’s product SKUs and cost - Driving Profitability _ - Assist with price negotiations - Support development of new products that are relevant and leading in Singapore and APAC - Constant review of margins, availability and waste - Manage Supplier Relationships & Performance _ - Maintain and drive professional partnership/collaboration with suppliers - Be aware of supply market dynamics and changes to ensure competitiveness and supply risks are mitigated - Partner Channel Management _ - Oversee the portals of all partners, to ensure inventory levels are maintained and revenue is maximized - Create sales order for items to be picked up according to portal's requirements - Help develop our partners' channels through adding new SKUs and setting up of promotions **Job Requirements** - 2 years’ experience in sourcing, buying, contract management, and merchandising preferred - Prior experience in food related industry is preferred - Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and meet tight timelines - Able to adapt and understand different cultures and impact on buying requirements - Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship; and negotiation skills
