**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Contribute to staff training programs to enhance service quality.
- Assist in managing inventory and maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a high-end restaurant or luxury dining establishment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
