IT Support Officer

This position supports the travel agency’s operations by resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendors, analyzing data, managing social media tools, and exploring new technologies to enhance business efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or system issues, including after office hours if needed.
- Assist staff with IT problems and provide basic training on system usage.
- Coordinate with external vendors for system updates and issue resolution.
- Analyze data to generate reports on system performance and trends.
- Manage and monitor the agency’s social media tools and platforms.
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
- Maintain IT equipment, user access, and software licenses.
- Ensure regular data backups and system security.
- To carry out any other job function given by manager / management from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of IT support experience (travel industry experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
- Interest in exploring and implementing new technology.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
