**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide support and troubleshooting on operational requirement, system administration and maintenance of computer and communication software, hardware and network such as PC, laptop, printers and etc.
- Responsible for maintenance and upgrading the computer system and IT related devices in company.
- Prepares, reviews, and manages the budget and forecast of the IT cost center.
- Analyses IT business systems and infrastructure issues and provide solutions. Assists the business in realization of IT solutions based on their strategic goals.
- Sources proactively, services appropriate to IT service delivery to meet the goals and objectives of the organisation.
- Ensure IT standards, procedures, policies and assets are maintained in accordance to established standards.
- Liaising with purchasing officer, vendor and supplier of any purchasing of IT equipment.
- Maintain Endpoint protection portal, ensure all of corporate devices are under protection.
- Ensure all IT assets tag/register accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science, IT.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience and knowledge in Active Directory, Office365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint (PowerApps, Flows etc) is preferable.
- Experience in Trend Micro Apex One and Worry-Free.
- Experience and knowledge in Linux and VMware will be an advantage.
- Experience in doing procurement of IT equipment and managing IT budget.
- Ability to address business requirements / demands and stakeholders’ management.
- Strong technical background in IT Infrastructure.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
