- Other1. Lead and drive the implementation of the learning and development for account managers
- Identify training needs and develop a Competency Framework and training curriculum for AIC’s account managers
- Roll out regular training and development platforms for account managers
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to curate learning sessions that raise the domain knowledge and skills of our account managers
- Assist with the development of ready-to-use toolkits and resources to better enable account managers to deliver consistent engagement to our partners
- Maintain resource repositories to equip our account managers with useful materials and tools for engagement
- Collate feedback and implement changes to the learning roadmap to improve the monthly learning series

2. Drive improvement to the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) System
- Work with Business/IT Divisions and vendors to enhance/revamp existing systems, including defining requirements, testing and deploying the systems
- Work closely with divisions to understand their needs and to facilitate discussions to bring about harmonised processes
- Manage business changes to assist divisions to embrace the system into their daily operations
- Ensure proper documentation and production of system requirements, user guides and materials
- Upkeep the system to ensure they are kept relevant and updated, and look at continuous improvements for better user experience
- Work closely with IT to ensure timely resolution of system issues and operability of systems for optimal user experience
- Drive usage of the system, ensuring key performance indicators are met

3. Lead the operationalisation of account management in AIC
- Responsible for the development of ready-to-use toolkits and resources to enable account managers to deliver consistent engagement to our partners
- Organise and conduct onboarding and training programmes for account managers
- Manage, organise and facilitate meetings to promote sharing and learning among account managers
- Develop and maintain SOPs, guidelines and processes required for engagement
- Develop and maintain resource repositories to equip our account managers with useful materials and tools for engagement
- Develop and maintain a support structure for account managers to build bond and support among the account managers
- Oversee and ensure that enablers and support structures put in place are working effectively to support account managers and our partners

4. Coordinate the visits between AIC and its community partners
- Plan and coordinate with account managers for visits between AIC and community partners
- Consolidate a masterlist of visits for senior management visits between AIC and community partners
- Review and develop SOPs for the community visits

- Recognised Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar nature with at least 3 years in a supervisor capacity
- Relevant experience in training and development will be an added advantage
- Relevant experience in community care and multi-agency work/healthcare industry will be an added advantage
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to lead, engage and work well with groups from diverse backgrounds
- Able to lead, motivate, guide and mentor team members to achieve organisational goals
- Able to multi-task and possess strong project management skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter with a sense of curiosity and strong learning agility
- Resilient, agile and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
- High level of initiative and able to produce results in a fast pace environment
