The BytePlus Sales Operations and Enablement team is responsible to empower our Sales Organization in driving digital transformation for our enterprise customers through our world-leading technology and innovative solution called BytePlus. Our team is continuously looking for way to increase sales discipline, sales productivity, leading strategic changes to drive sustainable business results and enabling critical sales functions through strategy, planning and business analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- 35% process automation, 25% on documentation, 40% in supporting and driving internal projects
- Support the Sales Enablement team in their daily activities including
- Document and support Sales Systems process set-up and reports such as Salesforce, Pardot, Chorus, Salesloft.
- Provide business insights and pipeline analysis to help the organization take data-driven decisions.
- Ensure accurate pipeline forecast and funnel hygiene in Salesforce.
- Track progress and drive completion of actions across our global business
- Support the preparation of business reviews and sales cadence content.
