**Job description** About the job**
- Support the commercial team in steering IKEA Food business towards growth, optimal performance and sustained long-term profitability
- Lead the regular commercial performance follow-up on sales trends, range growth and margin development from an omnichannel view
- To provide analytical support in key commercial processes such as pricing, sales and supply planning, forecasting, range renewal and annual goal setting

**Your assignment**
- Responsible to provide timely data visualisation, customised data-pulls and creates customise dashboards to support analysis
- Understand the IKEA Food business and support IKEA Country Food managers in achieving business goals
- Business partner towards Ikano Retail commercial team, providing analytical support to achieve business goals, ensuring profitability
- Provide potential market food trends and opportunity for growth and developments and to drive our omnichannel transformation
- Deep dive into IKEA Food performance in relation to sales and supply, identify performance gaps
- To monitor, review and analyse data from routine Food KPI reports as reference for discussion with Commercial Team regionally
- Represent the commercial navigation team towards data team and continuously co-develop the dashboard/report by improving its offer of relevant and user-friendly reporting/benchmarking of IKEA KPIs

**Qualification** Your profile**
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Self-driven, meticulous, and data-oriented
- Knowledgeable about food business analysis
- Strong analytical skills in translating business needs and external trends into financial solutions and business opportunities
- Understand how sales and gross margin is optimized in the different IKEA sales channels.
- Strong communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create energy and commitment within the organisation
- Proficiency in BI tools such as QlikSense and PowerBI
- Passionate about people’s everyday life at home and in how IKEA home furnishings reflect this
