**Responsibilities:
As a Member Acquisition Specialist, you play a crucial role in expanding our membership base and organizing efforts. Organizational and interpersonal skills will be essential in successfully carrying out the following responsibilities:

- Sourcing for new companies to be organized, including gathering intelligence and conducting groundwork to identify potential targets.
- Preparing and generating reports on membership and organizing activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Engaging workers to promote the benefits and advantages of union membership, fosters a sense of unity and solidarity.
- Conducting recruitment activities at various branches ensures consistent and efficient membership enrollment.
- Proactively following up with members on membership issues, including giro forms issues or failures, and ensuring prompt resolution of membership arrears.
- Maintaining a comprehensive tracking system for membership collaterals and ensuring their timely distribution to members and branches.
- Assisting in distributing annual membership gifts and providing general office administrative support as needed.
- Flexible work arrangements can be arranged.

**Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, data entry systems).
- Understanding of how unions operate and knowledge of labour laws and regulations will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within designated deadlines.
- Possess driving license
