**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to drive the recruitment process across various functions within the organization. This includes sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for roles

This role is based in **Singapore **and reports directly to the **Talent Acquisition Lead**.

**A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and People Partners to gain a deep understanding of our organizational structure, priorities, and key drivers, enabling you to deliver impactful recruitment outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition and hiring strategies for roles across Southeast Asia.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through partnerships with universities, companies, and relevant industry networks within the tech startup and healthcare sectors.
- Lead and implement innovative projects within the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as required to support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and team objectives.

**About you**
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles in fast-paced environments.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare and medical services roles, such as clinic assistants, nurses, or similar would be an added advantage
- Proven success in hiring at all levels, from entry/junior roles to manager positions, with a focus on roles across Southeast Asia.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to step out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment; comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn as we expand into new areas.
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
