DESIGNATION : Meet Isaac - CRM Account Manager / Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re on a hunt for a CRM Account Executive who takes pride in being attentive to details and is always up for a good challenge. If that sounds like you, look no further
- You're a people's person—put your interpersonal skills to good use as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, growing the client relationship and account.
- Be the gatekeeper and custodian of accounts, ensuring that the strategic direction hits the brief and help clients monitor relationships with their existing customers through CRM systems.
- You're able to make sense out of numbers by tracking marketing metrics and trends.
- Provide timely updates on campaigns and projects, along with post-campaign reporting, insights, and analysis.
- Be a catalyst for growth and drive CRM initiatives through multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure that the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Creativity is a huge part of the role too—develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers.
- You're agile and able to conduct market research (e.g. competitors) and adopt trends to expand customer base.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum a diploma holder in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Proven work experience as a CRM Account Manager or similar role in CRM Marketing or Advertising
- Data driven and detailed-oriented with solid background in data analytics and customer acquisition strategies
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Knowledge of omni-channel marketing methods and best practices An ability to manage
- CRM marketing projects end-to-end
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments
- You MUST be a team player
- Most importantly, be a go-getter and self-starter. A big part of the role requires initiative on your part to get things going.
