Singapore GLOBAL TRAINING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Daily operation at training centre, management and business development related activities.
- Planning and scheduling of course dates accordingly.
- Monitor training take-up rate and developing strategies for higher take-up rate.
- Liaise with Training Administrator on course curriculum development and identify associate trainers.
- Responsible for customer service and corporate account relationships to ensure good service standards.
- Monitor trainee's feedback and evaluation on administration and facilities and follow up on corrective actions if necessary.
- Monitor Licensing, accreditation with Audit as Management Representative for ISO, OHSAS, LSP Audit including BCA, LTA, MOM and other relating government audits.
- Collaborate marketing and sales efforts and liaising with internal departments to ensure the successful launching of all new courses and development.
- Conduct internal audit and make recommendation to improve learning management system, monitor and follow through of closing action plan.
- Report to Directors and shareholdings on the KPI and monthly progress.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Secondary level and higher or equivalent;
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independent as well as a good leader guiding junior executive.
- Able to plan training schedules.
- Coordinate training activities and equipment.
- Able to complete given tasks on time.
- Positive work attitude and team player.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Excel & Words.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Other relevant duties are assigned by the management.
