The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and meet client needs.

**Contract Duration - 12 Months renewable**

**Working Location - Kallang**

**Working **Hours - Mon to Fri, As per operations needs
**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Strive to attain position and departmental revenue and profit objectives.**:

- **Create and discover sales leads to drive business growth.**:

- **Prepare quotations, proposals, and preliminary system designs with utmost professionalism.**:

- **Offer innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance sales performance, reputation, and market presence.**
- **Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with associate companies.**:

- **Sustain a comprehensive understanding of security concepts and systems, ensuring top-notch client consultation.**:

- **Collaborate in project management, site meetings, and client communications when required.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification.**:

- **Possess a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in solution-based sales (preference for security-related expertise) / project sales within a multinational corporation.**:

- **Experience in IT solutions or Audio-Visual Systems sales shall be considered for this opportunity.**:

- **Display robust analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.**:

- **Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.**:

- **Team player, valuing collaboration and cooperation.**:

- **Familiarity with ACAD is considered advantageous.**
