Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Generate TB, PL, BS and prepare schedules
- Close GL, prepare and pass month-end adjustment entries, ensuring clear and adequate supporting
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis, including inter-company reconciliations
- Prepare monthly Flash reports and management reporting pack within deadline
- Prepare commentaries for variances and respond to management queries
- Upload trial balance and supplementary data to accounting software
- Maintenance and administration of the payroll process
- Preparation and submission of relevant sections of the budgets/forecasts, including upload to consolidation software
- Ensure accuracy and control of the fixed asset register
- Preparation and submission of local tax returns (GST, payroll, etc.) Work closely with relevant internal teams (project control, project managers/engineers, commercial managers, etc), Group Reporting and Treasury
- Support the Finance Lead in any corporation tax related issues
- Assist in internal, interim, year-end audit processes
- Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory accounts
- Support the Finance Lead as required
- Review processes and propose changes for improved efficiency and automation opportunities
- Formalise and maintain financial policies
- Any other ad-hoc duties that require support
**Job Requirements: -**
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting /ACCA.
- Minimum 7 years of related working experience.
- 2-3 years audit experience
- 2-3 experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Positive attitude and good initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel - VLOOKUP and pivot table)
- Possess strong analytical, communication and good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and independent individual
- Commit to tight deadlines
- Team player who is hands-on, meticulous, willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary.
- Good knowledge of ERP Systems preferred but NOT a must.
