**Job Summary**:
**Principle Duties & Responsibilities**:
**A. Operation Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Day Activity Centre, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and manage the centre’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of care.
- Organise and implement ad-hoc project as assigned by Management

**B. Staff Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.

**C. Client Care**:

- Ensure the well-being and safety of all participants at the centre.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the coaches, working closely with clients and their families.
- Address any concerns or complaints from clients and their families in a timely and professional manner.

**D: Program Development**:

- Work with the team to design, implement, and evaluate training/activities that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of participants.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of services provided.

**E. Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure the centre operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies and the organization.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards.

**F. Community Engagement**:

- Foster positive relationships with the local community, stakeholders, and partners.
- Promote the centre’s services and activities through outreach and networking efforts.
- Represent the centre at community events and meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of the persons with disabilties
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in Singapore.
- Able to converse in Sign Language is an advantage.
