**About SAESL**

A joint venture company between Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. The company first started operations in 2001 and has since become a market leader for both engine overhaul and component repair services.

As a result of the sustained business growth, SAESL has continued to expand its facilities and develop new capabilities for both its engine overhaul and component repair businesses. The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes: Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a _state-of-the-art_ Engine Test Facility that supports our best in class engine turnaround times.

- Lead a team of Lineside Engineers working across shifts providing technical support for Operations.
- Oversee timely resolution of technical issues encountered during day-to-day operations to minimise disruption to the overall workflow and delivery plan.
- Participate in daily operation meetings to review and resolve escalated technical issues that are causing line-stops or delays.
- Liaise with RR TV team to secure timely Technical Variance (TV) approvals on inspection findings beyond limits and process deviation from technical publications.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive initiatives aimed at improving right first time (RFT) performance, efficiency, and minimising delays.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to engineers to enhance their technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

**Qualification/Experience**
- Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation MRO Engineering.
- Good knowledge of MRO processes and understanding of technical publications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including OEMs and cross-departmental teams.
