This Senior / Associate Engineer is responsible for supporting Entreprise applications

functions in the organization. S'/he will work with internal users to enhance the systems

in order to fulfil business objectives.

The Job

 Provide on-going application production support for the Enterprise applications

(e.g. SAP B1 system, QlikView, etc.) and the associated interfaces and the

relevantt modules in Operation Support System & Billing Support System. This

may include system administration, application software configuration,

enhancement, and testing based on changing business requirements

 Work and liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing,

supporting application patches, training and upgrades in accordance with

project methodologies and policies.

 Manage mini projects and ensure successful implementation by performing

regular progress / performance monitoring. This may include creation of user

guides and providing training to end-users.

 Provide support to audit exercises around Enterprise applications, the associated

interfaces and work with stakeholders to address audit findings.

 Manage and work with system vendors for operation and enhancement supports.

 Manage and track contracts / purchases across IT department and ensure that the

renewals are done on time, with sufficient lead time to switch vendors if

necessary. This may also include preparation of approval papers/Waiver of

competitions / RFQ / RFP.

 Assist in budget preparation / reforecast activities.

 Perform any other ad-hoc activities requested by immediate supervisor.

The Candidate

 Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent

Fresh graduates with SQL knowledge can be considered

 Good knowledge and hands-on experience in basic administration of SAP B1.

 Knowledge of and experience with tools such as QlikView and SQL

would be advantageous.

 Good command of written and spoken English.

 Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

 Pro-active, meticulous, resourceful and strong team player.

 Able to work independently under tight schedules.

 Work well with all functional levels in the organization.

 Candidates with over 4 years of relevant experience will be considered for

Senior Associate Engineer position.
