**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage end-to-end vessel and project operations in compliance with Jurong Port regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, port authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of shipping activities.
- Lead and support a variety of technical maritime operations, including cargo handling, project logistics, and port clearance processes.
- Ensure operational accuracy with close attention to detail and maintain high standards in documentation and execution.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, port authorities, and key stakeholders at all times.
- Provide operational reports and feedback to senior management and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in **Maritime Studies** or a related field.
- Solid experience in maritime operations with a **strong understanding of Jurong Port procedures and regulations.**:

- Proven experience managing technical and project-based maritime operations.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational demands.
