**Operations Manager**
The Operations Manager champions all Aon operational, regulatory and Aon driven Initiatives for Health Solutions (HS) Singapore and ensuring smooth implementation and management of such initiatives.
The Operations Manager also supports strategic initiatives in Health Solutions (HS) and provides business reporting for Health Solutions (HS) to track team performance against target and strategy.
Verbal communication skills is very important as The Operations Manager will be expected to lead dialogue sessions and collaborate with internal and external partners / stakeholders.
Analytical and project management of time lines are critical to ensure quality user experience and on-going management of such initiatives.

**What the day will look like**
- Support Head of HS Singapore / CBO HS Singapore to ensure smooth operation of the business.
- Ensure operations and workflows within the business are aligned with Aon Singapore’s CEO agenda by working closely with the Director of Operations.
- Champion all Aon operational driven initiatives (by Aon Singapore Operations Director) driven for Health Solutions Singapore and ensure smooth implementation plus manage the on-going maintenance of such initiatives.
- Works closely with Finance to manage Finance related Aon Commitment Areas : revenue forecast, credit control etc and support business in meeting them.
- Primary liaison between business units, technology teams, external partners in supporting these initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance of all regulatory and Aon requirements applicable to Health Solutions.
- Support, implement and conduct Audits (if required) to ensure compliance of these requirements.
- Acts as Point of Contact for all queries relating to operation, regulatory & Aon compliance and HS ePMO initiatives.
- Conduct half yearly review of business operations to identify room for improvement.
- Supports strategic initiatives in Health Solutions and provides business reporting for HS to track team performance against target and strategy.
- Ability to pro-actively manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for streamlining and improving system and processes.
and any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the company from time to time.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Degree or Diploma from a recognised university or Polytechnic
- Regulatory requirements for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS (preferred but not required)
- Min 5 years in the insurance Industry within Health and Benefits (preferred)
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication, and analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills required
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate information for effectiveness and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate well across organisational levels
- Advanced skills on MS systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint required
