- Make our guests feel at home with your wholehearted friendliness while you attend to their arrival/ departure needs promptly with full accuracy.
- Handle irregularities and/or guests’ feedback with empowerment and accountability.
- Work closely with other departments on deliverables necessary to create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Your versatility and employability skills will also be enhanced with learning and development opportunities at the rooms division.

We will love to hear from you if you have a passion in creating experiences for our guests and is able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Prior experience is not required and this role requires individual to perform rotating shifts across a 5-day week.

Working Hours:

- 7.00am to 4.30pm,
- 1.30pm to 11.00pm,
- 10.30pm to 8.00am (S$12 allowance) per night.
