Define the IT Application roadmap in APAC countries: Lead the Group IT strategy deployment in the Region, Validate and supervise the local initiatives and make sure they are aligned with the group/region strategy
- Assist in the preparation of the business case, RFP, vendor selection and contract negotiation
- Own the global IT Applications budget
- Provide regular reporting to the Region Directors & Group IT teamsroject Management
- Manage the end-to end implementation of projects and enhancements to deliver business benefits
- Responsible for enhancing existing system or developing new systems
- Partner with the Business to understand business needs and collate and document the requirements
- Define test plan and coordinate UAT to ensure that quality solutions are delivered and that they meet the user requirements
- Prepare material and provide training and assistance to end-users post implementation
- Manage a team of 3
- Responsible to motivate, lead and guide the team to ensure work deliverables remain consistent
- Set performance targets and conduct bi-annual reviews to ensure targets are achievable against business goals.
