**Responsibilities**:

- Work with local marketing team to setup & rollout CRM programs and communication platforms
- Develop deep knowledge of consumer insights as well as general retail consumer behavior and insights.
- Identification and prioritization of high value customer audiences.
- Translating data, customer insights, and customer segmentation into actionable, results-oriented audience marketing programs
- Development of promotions, workshops and events relevant to each core customers.
- Creation of offers and compelling experiences for each core customers that capitalize on customer needs.
- Development of engagement strategies for prioritized customers, including, but not limited to, outbound marketing, in-store experiences, and follow up communications that encourage sustained audience engagement at our counters.
- Identification of models that predict future customer behavior
- Manage CRM expenses within allocated budget; ensuring budget is spent most efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Experience customer relationship marketing, 1:1 & triggered marketing program development and management, database marketing to ensure to establish audience focused marketing strategies and programs
- Deep familiarity with customer data and consumer insights; high degree of comfort with data analysis
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation skills
- Minimally 6-8 years of related CRM experience, specifically around customer marketing, customer insights, retail marketing, and/or retention/loyalty marketing
- Hardworking, independent and highly self-impelled and directed with an ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks adhering to strict brand guidelines.
