**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design innovative and effective academic content in Maths, Science, and English tailored to the needs of our programmes.
- Lead and manage tutoring sessions, providing exceptional educational experiences to students.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of tutors, ensuring high-quality teaching standards.
- Collaborate closely with CDAC and other stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered effectively and meet the set objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve programme content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.
- Participate in strategic planning and implementation of programme goals and initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Former MOE teacher with a strong background in either English or Maths.
- Proven experience in designing academic content for Maths, Science, and English.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in recruiting and training educators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering academic growth and excellence.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing programme needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
