**Benefits & Location**:

- **Working Location**: 158 Kallang Way, #03-05 (Singapore, 349245)
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
- **Salary Range**: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00
- **Position Type**: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
- Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements and petty cash
- Assist with bank reconciliation and update audit schedules
- Monthly closing of AP, AR accounts and reconciliation with vendors’ statements
- Assist in other accounting duties as assigned
- Responsible for daily claim processing and submission of government claims in
- accordance with regulatory requirements and internal deadlines.
- Updating of weekly claim reports for management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance in Singapore.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
