**Role**:
- All great people teams are built on rock solid foundations - as the business needs continue to evolve, we are now seeking a HRBP, focusing on building out of the Singapore operations and working closely with our management team as a partner to the business.
- This role will manage the HR function in Singapore for our passionate team. The incumbent will be responsible for executing people strategies across the full spectrum of People topics, to grow and maintain our presence in the Singapore market.
- We’re looking for someone who has experience in a high growth startup, setting up local and regional Singapore-related HR processes and able to recruit the right people quickly.
**What you will do**:
- ** Talent Acquisition**: Lead end to end recruitment activities to hire the right talent for the right time and place
- ** People Management**: Support all departments by providing robust people insights and solution for manpower issues
- ** People Development**:Analyze and propose strategies for competencies or development needs across departments
- ** Performance Management**: Liaise with all departments to create and perform the suitable and relevant monitoring and appraisal process
- ** Business Expansion**:Become the People Department representative in supporting other departments in executing operation expansion
- ** Special Projects**:Assist local and regional team for ad hoc projects that may occur

**What you will need**:
- Bachelor degree in any major preferably Psychology, Management, Law, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years as HR generalist or 3 years as business partner Experienced in handling wide range of HR chains
- Experienced in conducting manpower planning
- Proven as a strong communicator and negotiator
- Fluent in English is a must
