- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Scientific Knowledge**: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
- ** Expertise**: Strong knowledge of the scientific research methodologies, techniques, and the recruitment landscape in Singapore and the wider region.
- ** Mentorship**: Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior team members, providing coaching and support as needed.
